We must offer to everyone with a mortgage an A.S.U. plan.
SafeGuard Financial Services have access to a numbers
ASU plans which is simple, low-cost insurance plan which covers the mortgage
(and related costs if required) in the event of loss of income due to the
above reasons.
As this is so important we will require a declaration if the client(s) does not wish to take advantage of one.
For Accident, sickness & unemployment insurance we usually offer products
from a selected panel of providers.
